Chappell 69 Center Rule Bench Square

Chappell Universal Square pioneered the center-rule bench square and today remains the only maker of Center-Rule Squares in the Universe. Chappell Square products are a step above because they are designed by woodworkers for woodworkers. When we set down to design this square after decades of experience, every feature and detail that was lacking in other bench squares on the market were included.

Both body and tongue front and back feature a deeply etched center-rule scale along the center of each leg. The center rule is a real time-saver when working with out-of-square or non-uniform material. This 69 square is deeply etched and precision milled to meet the needs of woodworkers as well as machinists. Quality tools save time and money and once you use the 69 Center Rule Square you'll wonder how you ever got by without it.

Made in USA of 100% US Made Stainless Steel with deeply etched markings for a Lifetime of use.

Available in standard Imperial 1/16th scale and the highly recommended Chappell Hybrid Imperial-Decimal Rulings.

The Model #69 Center Rule Bench Square has a body 1-1/2" x 9" and a tongue 1" x 6". Both body and tongue, front and back, have a center rule scale along the center of each leg.
