In this 6-day course Chappell will lead students through the nuances of structural design, joinery, layout and execution of traditional joinery, culminating in the raising of a full scale timber frame designed by the students themselves. Learn also, first-hand, how to use the Chappell Square directly from Chappell himself. This course is hands-on and intensive, so be prepared to stretch your limitations on every level of being and becoming a master craftsman.

Tuition includes A Timber Framers Workshop book as the course manual, in addition to breakfast & lunch. Camping on-site is free. Many other lodging options are available in the area.

Due to the nature of scheduling and student limits workshop deposits are non-refundable. In the case where you cannot attend, deposits may be used toward any future Fox Maple Workshop. Please be sure you plan to attend before you register. This policy is absolute.
